Note A1:

Equipment free time for cargo moving in standard dry containers at destination United States shall be 8 working days. This provision is not applicable to shipments moving in non-active reefer container, 45’ containers and/or on a Tri-axle chassis provided at Carrier's expense.

Note S1:

Rates are inclusive of the Alameda Corridor Charge (ACC), Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF), Destination Delivery Charge (DDC), Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS), Fuel Cost Recovery (FCR), Gulf of Aden Surcharge (GAS), Panama Canal Charge (PNC) and Suez Canal Transit Charge (SUZ).

Note GY:

Rates shall be automatically increased to reflect the quantum of rate increase applicable to the shipment of any commodity during the term of this contract.
